PROFNIT02 – Concepts and Applications of Technology Transfer (TT)
Introduction to TT. Historic evolution. Legal frameworks and international agreements. Identification of partnerships for TT. Negotiation and valuation. Contract terms for formalization of TT and its registration with the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI). Institutional processes of TT management before and after signing the contractual terms. Management of innovation projects. TT as a way to boost entrepreneurship in technological sectors and innovation environments within their systemic interactions.

PROFNIT03 – Technological prospection
The various forms: search for precedence, patent mapping, technological monitoring, technological surveillance, technological forecasting or prediction, technology roadmaps, etc. The relevance in intensive sectors of research and development. PROFNIT05 – Public Policies of Science, Technology and Innovation and the Brazilian State
Administrative construction of the Brazilian State: current structure; brief history; systemic interactions between the various agencies and the interrelationship between administrative aspects and financial and non-financial economic aspects. Legislation and development support programs. Relationship with the productive sector. University-company interaction, incubators, technological parks, social organizations. The development and institutionalization of science, technology and innovation in Brazil and international comparison.
