Contract terms for formalization of TT and its registration with the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI). Institutional processes of TT management before and after signing the contractual terms. Management of innovation projects. TT as a way to boost entrepreneurship in technological sectors and innovation environments within their systemic interactions.
